Merchandiser provides an AI-powered visual merchandising and product sorting tool for e-commerce platforms. The Service allows users to automate product ranking based on performance metrics and manual rules. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Prices are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.

In no event shall Merchandiser, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
