T-Soft Integration: Category Sorting

Merchandiser reads your catalog through the T-Soft REST API and writes the sort number of every product back to its categories.

How It Works

T-Soft keeps a sort number for every product in a category. Merchandiser calculates the order of each category from your data and writes these numbers through the T-Soft REST API. Your storefront then shows the category in that order.

Nothing is added to your storefront, and your theme is not changed.

What Merchandiser Reads

Brands
The brands of your store.
Categories
Your categories, which become category collections in Merchandiser.
Products
Products that are on sale and in stock, with their prices, stock and variants, and the categories they belong to.

Views, add-to-carts, purchases, revenue and conversion rate come from Google Analytics 4.

What Merchandiser Writes

  • The sort number of products in a category, including your pins.

Merchandiser does not change your products, prices or stock.

What You Provide

  • An API user for the web services of your T-Soft store. Merchandiser signs in with it to read the catalog and to write the order.
  • A GA4 property with e-commerce events, for the performance data.

Staying in Sync

Your catalog is read again on a schedule. Each category is re-sorted at its own sort frequency, and a category whose order has changed is written to T-Soft.

Every run is recorded, and the panel shows which jobs succeeded and which failed. See how integrations are monitored.
