How It Works
Ticimax stores a position for every product in a category and in a product list. Merchandiser calculates these positions from your data and writes them through the Ticimax product web service. Your storefront then shows the category or the list in that order.
Nothing is added to your storefront, and your theme is not changed.
What Merchandiser Reads
- Brands
- The brands of your store.
- Categories
- Your categories, which become category collections in Merchandiser.
- Lists
- Your product lists (labels), which become list collections in Merchandiser.
- Products
- Products with their prices, stock and variants, and the categories and lists they belong to.
- Product attributes
- Technical details such as color, gender or season. They are mapped to Merchandiser's product fields when your store is set up.
Views, add-to-carts, purchases, revenue and conversion rate come from Google Analytics 4.
What Merchandiser Writes
- The position of products in a category.
- The position of products in a list.
Both include your pins. Merchandiser does not change your products, prices or stock.
What You Provide
- Access to the Ticimax web services of your store. We tell you which key is needed during set-up.
- A GA4 property with e-commerce events, for the performance data.
Staying in Sync
Your catalog is read again on a schedule. Each category and list is re-sorted at its own sort frequency, and a collection whose order has changed is written to Ticimax.
Every run is recorded, and the panel shows which jobs succeeded and which failed. See how integrations are monitored.
